1. Exchange Policy

The exchange request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear are not eligible for exchange.

Customers must provide proof of purchase or order number.

2. Return Policy


Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

Damaged or defective product received

Missing items in the order


To request a return, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the issue.


3. Non-Returnable Items

Used or washed items

Products without original packaging or tags

4. Exchange Process


To request an exchange:

Share your order number and reason for exchange.

Our team will guide you through the process.

Once approved, the replacement item will be dispatched.

5. Shipping Charges

Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.

In case of defective or incorrect products, we will cover the shipping cost.

6. Refund Policy


Refunds are only issued when:


The ordered item is unavailable

A replacement cannot be arranged

Payment was charged incorrectly


Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.


7. Order Cancellation


Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
